This website is operated by Pokeshield Collectibles. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pokeshield Collectibles. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Online Store Terms

Product Information

Pokeshield Collectibles sells custom extended-art display products, printed art inserts, screwdown display packages, magnetic graded-card style display options, stands, hardware, and related collectible display accessories.

Trading cards and graded cards are not included with Pokeshield displays unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Product images may show trading cards, graded cards, artwork, cases, stands, or hardware for demonstration purposes only. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product option, display package, graded-card format, and case style before placing an order.

Art Insert Only Products

Art Insert Only options include the printed Pokeshield extended-art insert only. No case, stand, hardware, trading card, or graded card is included.

Art Insert Only images may use generic demonstration graphics or preview images to show the type of product being offered. These images are for demonstration purposes only and may not show the exact final printed artwork.

Display Format Compatibility

Pokeshield products may be available in different display formats, including screwdown displays, PSA-style magnetic display options, and TAG-style magnetic display options.

Each insert is designed for the selected format. PSA and TAG formats are different and are not interchangeable. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct display format before ordering.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are welcome when available. Custom requests may require additional design time, confirmation, or pricing before the order is finalized.

Custom orders are made for a specific card, character, display style, format, or customer request. Because of this, custom orders may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to decline custom requests for any reason, including but not limited to unavailable artwork, unsuitable image quality, design limitations, licensing concerns, inappropriate content, or production limitations.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate product information, descriptions, pricing, images, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the site will always be error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, or cancel orders if information on the site is inaccurate.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.

We may limit sales of products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, involve unavailable products, or cannot be fulfilled as requested.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Shipping and Processing

Pokeshield displays are made, prepared, inspected, and packaged with care before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the order size, display style, product availability, and whether the order includes custom work.

Free shipping offers apply to regular and sale-priced website orders only. Store, vendor, wholesale, and bulk custom orders may have separate shipping costs based on order size, weight, and destination.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, and order issues are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many Pokeshield products are made to order, custom-made, or prepared for specific display formats, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Intellectual Property

All Pokeshield Collectibles branding, product photography, product descriptions, layout, original designs, listing content, and website content are the property of Pokeshield Collectibles unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use our product photos, artwork previews, product listings, website content, or branding without written permission.

Third-party characters, cards, names, logos, or artwork references may belong to their respective owners. Pokeshield Collectibles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card company, grading company, entertainment company, or rights holder unless explicitly stated.

User Comments, Messages, and Custom Requests

If you send us messages, custom order details, card requests, photos, ideas, or other information, you agree that we may use that information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, create an order, or provide customer service.

You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this website or our products for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with website security, or to attempt to copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse our content.
