Is the trading card included?
No. Trading cards and graded cards are not included with Pokeshield displays. You are purchasing the display case, printed insert, stand, hardware, or selected display package shown in the product options.
What does Insert Only mean?
Insert Only means you are purchasing the printed Pokeshield extended-art insert by itself. It does not include a case, stand, hardware, trading card, or graded card.
What is the difference between Screwdown Case, Screwdown + Stand, and Screwdown + Standoffs?
Screwdown Case includes the acrylic screwdown display case and printed insert. Screwdown + Stand includes the screwdown case, printed insert, and updated premium clear display stand. Screwdown + Standoffs includes the screwdown case, printed insert, and stainless metal standoff hardware instead of the clear stand.
Do standoff packages include the clear stand?
No. Stainless standoff packages do not include the clear display stand. The clear stand and stainless standoff hardware are separate display options.
What graded-card formats do Pokeshield magnetic displays support?
Pokeshield magnetic displays are currently available for PSA and TAG style graded-card formats. Each insert is cut for the selected format, so make sure you choose the option that matches your slab or magnetic case.
Are PSA and TAG inserts the same size?
No. PSA and TAG formats use different dimensions. Each Pokeshield insert is made for the specific format selected at checkout.
Do magnetic graded displays include the graded card?
No. Graded cards are not included. Magnetic graded display options include the selected magnetic case package and Pokeshield extended-art insert, depending on the option chosen.
What is the difference between Magnetic Case and Magnetic Case + Stand?
Magnetic Case includes the black magnetic graded-card style case and Pokeshield insert. Magnetic Case + Stand includes the magnetic case, Pokeshield insert, and updated premium clear display stand.
Can I request a card that is not listed in the store?
Yes. Custom orders are welcome. Send the card name, card number, and the display style you want, and we’ll let you know if it can be made.
What information do you need for a custom order?
Please include the card name, card number, trading card game, and the display style you want. For graded-card displays, include whether you need PSA or TAG format.
Can you make custom displays for stores, vendors, or card shows?
Yes. Pokeshield can create batch orders for shops, vendors, card shows, and collector events. Message us with the quantity, card list, and display styles needed.
Do custom orders cost more?
Some custom orders may cost more depending on the card, display style, design work, and order size. We’ll confirm pricing before creating the order.
How long does it take to ship?
Pokeshield displays are made and prepared with care. Processing times may vary depending on the order size, display style, and whether the order includes custom work.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on regular and sale-priced website orders of $75 or more.
Store, vendor, wholesale, and bulk custom orders may have separate shipping costs based on order size, weight, and destination.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and damaged item. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because many Pokeshield displays are made to order, returns and exchanges may be limited. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order.
How should I care for my Pokeshield display?
Handle the display with clean hands, avoid excessive moisture, and keep it away from extreme heat or direct sunlight for long periods. Use a soft microfiber cloth for light cleaning.
