Return & Refund Policy

Pokeshield Collectibles creates custom extended-art display products, printed inserts, screwdown displays, magnetic graded-card display options, and related display packages. Because many Pokeshield products are made to order or prepared for a specific card, display style, or format, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Please review your selected display package carefully before placing your order.

Card / Graded Card Not Included

Trading cards and graded cards are not included with Pokeshield displays. Product photos may show cards or graded cards for demonstration purposes only. You are purchasing the selected Pokeshield display package, printed insert, case, stand, or hardware option shown in the product variant selected at checkout.

Returns

Because Pokeshield products are made to order, custom-made, or prepared for specific display formats, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect format selection.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Ordering the wrong display style
- Ordering the wrong graded-card format
- Ordering an insert-only option instead of a full display package
- Deciding you no longer want the item after it has been made or shipped
- Custom display requests made for a specific card or format

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you believe you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue

This helps us review what happened and determine the best next step.

Refunds and Replacements

If your order qualifies for a refund, replacement, or correction, we will let you know after reviewing the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement, corrected item, partial refund, or another resolution depending on the issue.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made for a specific card, character, display format, or customer request. Because of this, custom orders may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with a custom order, please contact us so we can review it.

Insert-Only Orders

Art Insert Only options include the printed Pokeshield extended-art insert only. No case, stand, hardware, trading card, or graded card is included.

Please make sure you select the correct insert format before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Free shipping offers apply to regular and sale-priced website orders only. Store, vendor, wholesale, and bulk custom orders may have separate shipping costs based on order size, weight, and destination.
